Venture Out Slowly & Venture In Always
As time goes on in the age of Covid 19, many of us are isolated and confused in our own versions of a sanitarium. The word Sanitarium has a draconian creepy nurse Rachet vibe. But if you think about it, a sanitarium is a contained place that lets you slack off, pause, retreat and get well. Expectations are low, sanctuary is high, mindless and mindful recovery and retreat encouraged. Hmm… Sounds slow and if you're going batty, so what. Walk the wheel, imagine a spot that helps you relax. No straight jackets or hysterical screaming allowed, well ok, you can scream as pressure eases and we walk into our new world slowly.
Here’s a round up of some tools and teachers to help the cause and a photo of labyrinth I walked in Southern Utah once upon a time in a land not too far from here.
